Positive: Looked like ad on booking.com

Negative: No cleaning/ housekeeping provided. When I asked for cleaning I was told I'm playing games as it states on booking.com that its selfcatering and you must clean for yourself. I double checked booking.com and it definitely did not state that. Plus the price you pay should include cleaning. No broom, mop or anything except dishwasher soap provided in room. No sink or stove , cause self catering should include stove
