Approx. 600 m from the sea is this well-appointed holiday cottage that simply offers everything the heart desires of activities. The house is located on a large plot at the cosy resort Virksund. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with a stereo with CD player, flat screen TV, DVD player, high chair, lounge area and wood-burning stove. The house has 5 bedrooms. All rooms with double beds - box mattresses in beds and extra cot. In addition, large and spacious mezzanine. The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide, sauna, shower and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day you can slide down into the large whirlpool or get warm in the sauna. There is an additional bathroom with shower. In the activity room you can have a game of darts or billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis or table football. Even stereo is installed in the activity room. There is also a sandpit and swings. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
