Newly renovated Orleans Court (Winner of the 2018 & 2021 Beauty Spot Award) offers a 1 bedroom/1 bath condo in North Ocean City on the 3rd floor. This condo sleeps 4 comfortably, a spacious Master bedroom with a Queen bed and a Living Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Relax on the balcony of the Master bedroom with comfy patio furniture or enjoy time in the pools or common area patio with tables, chairs and shade umbrellas. Lots of spaces to choose from.
The Kitchen includes a breakfast bar, (4) comfy bar stools, a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave, Coffee maker, dishes, flatware and glasses are include for your use along with lots of cabinet storage if you need it.
We offer complimentary Cable and High Speed Xfinity Internet service in the condo and a key-free number coded door lock, so less chance of losing your condo key. There is an Elevator (great for check-in and check-out) and (3) coin Laundry facilities on property. There are two outdoors showers to rinse off the sand before you jump in the pool or head to the condo.
We have a strict "NO SMOKING" and "NO PETS" policy for our condo, so please be respectful and make alternative arrangements for your pets during your stay.
Landlord DOES NOT supply bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, paper products or miscellaneous toiletries. The cleaning fee is $125 and complies with all CDC guidelines and is included in your rate.
Bus stop is right outside the complex on Coastal Highway and you can ride all day for $5 to/from the Boardwalk or head to Lost Treasure Mini Golf which is right next door.
Local Restaurants: Dumser's Dairyland, Nick's Original House of Ribs, Fenwick Crab House (Fenwick, DE), and our personal favorites, On the Bay Seafood, The Crab Bag and The Crabcake Factory and of course Seacrets.

Summary: Our stay here was outstanding. The owner is fantastic. When you pull in and put your car in park… you don’t need to put it in drive again until you leave. Right next door is mini golf. Pizza and sub shop across the street. Ocean across on street. Arcade one block away. Seafood One block away. Ice cream one block away. Shopping next door with all the beach things you may need. The beach is amazing and was not crowded in August somehow. The pool is so peaceful and never too busy. It was an absolute blessing to stay here and we will be back again! My wife and kids did not want to leave.

Summary: Great condo, great location. Family of 4 stayed here for 6 days. Plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean, pool was well maintained, as well as the complex. Quiet place, would highly recommend. We will be back. Keith was great with communication! Thanks for everything!

Summary: I had to shorten my review because I had TOO many good things to say!!! You can truck it up the steps for luggage unloading and loading or utilize the elevator. Whole condo is clean from the living room, to the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the bedroom. A/C units work great to keep the condo cool if it's a hot day but we mostly used the front screen door to enjoy the unseasonably cool week in August we enjoyed. Kitchen is more than adequate if you plan on cooking meals at the condo like my family and I did. Pots and pans are in great condition. Breakfast bar has more space than you know what to do with it! Shower has good water pressure and the grips are good enough to bathe small children without worrying about a slip and fall. Bedroom has plenty of dressers to store multiple family members clothes. Balcony is perfect for a night cap to just take in the fact you are on vacation. The pool is the highlight. Especially the kiddie pool. My little guy spent majority of his time in there. Had a pool guy servicing it EVERY morning. The close proximity to the beach is perfect too. Literally just walk across Coastal and BOOM you're there. The year round / summer residents were SUPER friendly and a joy to chat with while at the pool. Definitely a laid back vibe as a whole. If you are looking for a more family friendly place to stay or a more low key, quiet, experience in OCMD, I cannot recommend this condo enough. 10/10! We will be back!

Summary: We had an amazing vacation and loved the Condo! It was very clean and enjoyed the private balcony right off the bedroom.
