Located east of Willemstad and the coast, Villapark Flamboyan is situated in the quiet Kwarchi district (near Sint Jorisbaai). It is green and it is a popular place to live. On this very fertile land, formerly a plantation, there are still some water mills. The villa is situated in a quiet location on small private resort (Villapark Flamboyan) with lockable entrance gate.

The private pool is surrounded by a pool deck is a lovely place to entertain during the day and in the evening. The children are cheerful and active even before breakfast. Enjoy a snack and a drink from the outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ and then a cooling dip. In the evening, romantically on the illuminated pool deck long musing on the beauty of the island and socialising with each other. Rinsing off under the outdoor shower and then a dip in the clear water.

Nearby is a new hypermarket Mangusa and Centrum supermarket. Also the well-known Dutch grocer, Albert Tweel, located in Zeelandia can be reached within 15 minutes. The popular beaches of Santa Barbara Beach, Zest and Papagayo at Jan Thiel are within 10 car minutes and Sea Aquarium Beach with Mambo Beach, Wet and Wild and Cabana and the new Boulevard are also nearby. Downtown Willemstad is also just a 15-minute drive away. Within 1.5 km you will find the St. Jorisbaai nature reserve, where you can kite surf and relax in beautiful natural surroundings. A short distance away you will also find the ostrich farm and Aloe Vera plantation.
