While there's plenty to keep you entertained right at home, you and your guests will also enjoy access to the seasonal Colington Harbour Community Outdoor Pool (with a refundable fee) overlooking the water on Colington Drive. Next to the pool, you'll find Colington Harbour Soundfront Park, featuring acres of sandy beaches, picnic tables shaded by large oak trees, and a playground. The soundfront beach offers a designated swimming area, a perfect, family-friendly retreat in the summer.
The home offers a bright, spacious, and very welcoming interior with a well-equipped, full kitchen at one end of the main-floor great room and an open living area at the other.
