An incredible log cabin getaway that has something for everyone. For those looking for outdoor adventures, there is nearby hiking and walking trails, skiing, golfing and swimming. If you want to getaway to relax, stay inside and light a fire, play any of the many games provided, relax in the indoor dry sauna or step outside to the hot tub while under the stars or the falling snow. PRIVATE but only a few miles to Alton Bay and 20 mins to Gunstock!
The covered porch leads to solarium with pool table/ping pong/dining table, foosball, karaoke, 65" screen smart TV, cable, writer's desk with printer, fiber optic wifi and two couches. Kitchen and living with wood burning fp and 55" smart tv, cozy first floor queen bed with TV, upper loft style bedrooms (curtains at doorway for privacy as shown-there are no doors!). Master with king, twin cot and sitting space for 2 overlooking the living room. 2nd main bed with a full and a queen bed and rocking chair. Basement equipped with wood stove, shower bath and sauna (18+ to use, locked door for adults only), 2 full beds and one with twin trundle. Fans and window/portable A/C upstairs. Solarium and living room have a total of 3 double sleep sofas for guest sleeping comfort. 14+ ft hot tub spa with 6 jetted seats and built in bar in backyard. Fire pit, outdoor shower and yard space for outdoor games. 2+ acres with a snowmobile trail abutting the property. Equipped with 10 yoga mats and a mix of spa robes and heavy spa towels to complete everything you need. Across from sunset lake, 8 minutes to Alton Bay, and many boat mooring/ rentals around LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE IN ALTON BAY when available. Close to Weirs beach. All beds and furnishings are new and updates are made each month to accommodate comfort, safety and enjoyment for each guest.
**RESPECTFUL GUESTS ONLY PLEASE** Looking for those that want to relax and enjoy their time away BUT will treat our home like your favorite rental property that you want to visit again and have all the great amenities still intact. Neighbors do live nearby. Please limit noise from 11pm-7am.

Summary: The property was excellent and had everything you could ever need for a weekend in the mountains. I went with 9 buddies for a golf outing and everyone slept comfortably. Marianne was an outstanding host and responded to every question I could think of, as well as share some excellent recommendations around the area. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: The house was amazing. So many AC's which made sleeping very comfortable, the kitchen amenities were outstanding, but best of all was Marianne. Communication made everything go smoothly, even reaching out 3 times the day of to find out which seasonings she had (which by the way was a pretty great selection) she was happy to help, with excitement! The solarium was such a great room to hang out in, great for gatherings! Cant wait to book again in the future!

Summary: The camp was very clean and had a lot of character with all of the wood work and stone fire place. We spent a lot of time enjoy the large recreation room, sauna and hot tub. Everyone enjoyed their stay and can’t wait till the next time!

Summary: We had a great time at this cabin! We had a group of people and there was plenty of room for everyone. We easily drove to Gunstock for tubing and into town for groceries. Marianne communicated everything with us and made sure we had what we needed! Would definitely book this again!

Summary: We had a terrific ski weekend at this home. Although it has a rustic, cozy feel to it (being a log cabin), it is updated and modern in the places where it matters, such as the bathrooms. Our entire group loved the place and I would highly recommend this to anyone. And of course, I can't finish without mentioning the superb hot tub, where the best conversations always seem to be had.

Summary: From start to finish our host was communicative, helpful and on top of everything. Every detail from dealing with the weather, ice and driveway to the hottub water levels for our enjoyment. Even after one of us left something, we were quickly contacted and asked if we wanted it mailed to us. It really was such a fantastic experience and can't wait to book this place again! Summary: I was traveling with my extended family - 7 adults and 4 kids between the ages 3-11 - to spend some relaxing time together during the holidays. The house was very clean and had so much to keep the kids busy. They enjoyed the Solarium, especially the foosball table, and there was plenty of room to spread out to play board games. The adults enjoyed cozying up near the fireplace. Bedrooms were comfortable. Would highly recommend this property!
