This Winnipesaukee waterfront home is set on half an acre of land with Northern exposure, 100’ of crystal-clear waterfrontage and a gradual sandy beach. There is also a breakwater and a dock that is able to accommodate up to a 24’ boat. Although the boathouse itself is not for guest use, you may still take advantage of the magnificent upper sundeck during your stay.
This light, bright, open concept, ranch style home offers 2700+/- sq. ft. of living space, a 2-car garage, sitting-room and wraparound deck with an outdoor shower. There are 3 separate sleeping areas and 2.5 bathrooms throughout the house.
Whether you are cooking meals or gathering with your group in the kitchen, dining or living area, take a moment to relax and appreciate the peace and solace found within the stunning lake views through the many large picture windows. The main level offers 3 separate sleeping areas to choose from and a half bathroom and full bathroom. Hardwood & tile floors and split A/C units as well as window A/C units throughout for cooling down after a hot summer day.
The lower level offers plenty of space for relaxing and recreation. Enjoy a cold beverage from the wet bar while playing a friendly game of pool. Or just curl up and watch a movie on the flat screen with the group after dark. From this level, there is access to the waterfront without having to navigate any stairs.
There is a $1,000 refundable security deposit that is required when renting this home.
Maximum Number of Guests - 10 - An allowance for up to, 2-day guests will be permitted between the hours of 7AM-11PM

If you would like to include bed making, the fee for this service is $8 per bed plus tax. The kitchen was well appointed, although might be time to get new frying pans if you want eggs in the morning. That is literally the only knock on the property.

Summary: We have stayed here for 3 years in a row and will never look for another property. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation! Even if it rains, there is the ping pong table in the garage, pool table & darts downstairs, and lots of games, puzzles, books & movies. A new composite dock was built and it’s beautiful! If you are bringing your own boat or jetski, bring bumpers to tie to the dock. (Bungee cords work best to secure them.) The water entry has been redone and they added steps and a nice sandy area for kids to play (bring your own sand toys). The water has a sand bottom “beach entry”. Plenty of room to wade around for little ones. Even at the dock, it’s only about 4 feet deep. The roof top of the boat house is such a beautiful spot to lounge or dine on the waterfront. There is full sun in the morning, then shaded from around noon on. The whole property is fabulous! You will not be disappointed! Helpful Info: SHEETS: If you have stayed here before, and bringing your own sheets, the 2nd bed upstairs (not the primary) is now a king size. I didn’t think to read the rental agreement (which IS updated with the new bed size), and I only brought queen sheets. If you also get stuck in this jam, Walmart is close by! Also note, comforters/blankets & pillows are provided for free. DISH TOWELS: If you can’t find dish towels in the kitchen, look in the closet next to the primary bedroom.
