4 Bedroom Villa in Almancil, Almancil - Loule

Delightful four bedroom villa located in the Varandas do Lago resort in the Algarve. Ancao beach with miles of golden sand and the famous 2 Passos restaurant is a few minutes by car. The resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are a few minutes by car. This holiday rental benefits from air-conditioning, a private swimming pool (pool heating at a extra cost) and a games room.
This villa is built over three levels. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with TV, plenty of comfortable seating and doors leading to the pool terraces. The living room leads to the dining room which seats 8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and hob.
The lower level has a games room with bar, pool table and dart board.
There are four spacious bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom one is the master bedroom with king-sized bed and TV. Bedrooms two, three and four all have double beds.
Outside the ground floor has been fully re done (July 2024) with new exterior kitched with large gas barbecue and TV, right next to the private swimming pool.
As from 2025 the local council in Loule has implemented The Tourism Tax Charge like in many other cities which is the following:
Summer - 01/04/2025 - 31/10/2025 : EUR 2 per person per night for each adult and child 16 years and over, to a maximum of 5 nights. (So capped at EUR 10 per person per stay).
The Winter charge is EUR 1 per night with similar conditions as above.
Payment can be done either through the booking or payment on arrival

Summary: A great villa with lots of facilities. We loved the outdoor kitchen and dining. The pool was good and a good temperature too. We didn't use the downstairs bar much because we spent most of our time outdoors but a good addition. All the bedrooms have ensuite facilities which is good for a group. The only downside is the driveway which is quite steep

Summary: Villa was so spacious with lovely pool and outdoor space with large BBQ. Would definitely recommend for a group of friends staying. The bedrooms are all very large, most with balconies. The bar and games room were a bonus.

Summary: Couldn’t fault the accommodation or location of this property , we are a family with grown up children , the villa is fully equipped and the games room and bar was great fun. Paulo is an excellent host , would definitely book this villa again
