3 Bedroom Villa in Vale do Lobo

The Villa Augusta is a luxury three bedroom property, located within the heart of the 5* resort of Vale Do Lobo. It sits on a private plot with beautifully landscaped gardens, large south-west facing pool with ample seating, sunloungers & terraces including large roof terrace with gorgeous views for a sun-downer.
There is a large modern open-plan living room/kitchen which is a fully equipped home from home. The master bedroom has a super-king bed with en-suite (a walk-in shower and separate bath); and there are two large twin bedded bedrooms with bathroom. All bedrooms have TV’s with full SKY package including SKY/TNT Sports, fitted wardrobes and hairdryer.
WIFI, air conditioning/heating is included in price. All linen, hand and bath towels as well as pool towels are provided. There is a large gas bbq, washing machine, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances such as coffee machine, air-fryer, blender, juicer. Daily weekday daily maid service throughout your stay is also included.
Cot, high chair, playpen, change mat and bed guards are available upon request. There is also a number of children’s toys, games and inflatables for the pool and plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery for children.
If pool heating is required, there is an extra charge of £500 per week payable directly to myself. Unfortunately, due to high increase in energy prices and the size, depth of the pool, it is necessary to apply this charge to cover the expense.
We are resort members of Vale do Lobo enabling our guests to benefit from preferential golf rates, 24 hour Security & Reception. Our guests are also able to purchase ‘Resort Cards’. The benefits of the card includes; unlimited 24-hour use of the resort circuit bus, free entry, towel and sun loungers at the VDL resort swimming pool and discounts at the resort restaurants, gym, spa and tennis club. The cost of these Resort Cards is approximately 45 euro per person per week and available from VDL reception.
High Season Rentals: Sat-Sat (minimum 7 nights) unless otherwise agreed.

Summary: On arrival it was very easy to enter the villa from the instructions. The villa was very cosy and had everything we needed. The road is very quiet at night. The club house is a 10 minute walk and spikes is great for drinks and food. The prace is also about 20 minutes. Ubers can be booked on your app if you dont want to walk. The only issue we had was when you use the hob, the mains switch turns off and you lose all electric! This happened a few times. Also the pool needs a cover as we paid for heating and it loses heat over night. A cover would be great. The orange trees in the garden are lovely.

Summary: Would totally recommend this villa , it’s perfect ! Open plan living at its best , the villa is very well laid out , the gardens and pool are beautiful and the location ( on the fairway of the 13th hole of the royal course ) is second to none The rooftop terrace is just a stunning way to end the day with g and t in hand ! Summary: Fabulous spacious villa in a beautiful location overlooking the golf course. The villa was very clean and had every possible mod con we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. My favourite part was the roof terrace watching the sun set. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Great communication from host and the maid. Definitely book again

Summary: We returned to this Villa for the second year running, It really is a delightful place. Vale Do Lobo can be very undulating but this well designed Villa which is on one level with an amazing roof terrace is just what we wanted. Great pool. Cant fault it.

Summary: Villa Augusta is a lovely villa to stay in. The location was perfect - 15 mins walk to the beach and restaurants - 5 mins walk to the supermarket via the golf course path. The pool and the villa were great and always kept clean by the cleaner who came 5 times a week. A real treat. If we needed it we took Ubers to the restaurants that were further walk away. The villa is well stocked with all kitchen equipment and everyday cutlery and crockery. Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Washing Up Liquid, Dishwasher and Laundry Tabs and Toilet paper were provided. Beach and Bathroom Towels are provided Coffee, Tea and Sugar are there on arrival. Thanks for such a lovely stay.

Summary: What a fantastic spot. We have been coming to VDL for an Easter break for many years and this Villa is easily the best. Plenty of space inside and outside for us and our two (grown-up) kids. Great Pool and outdoor spaces coupled with a great location make this a real find. The Villa is well equipped and beautifully clean and the Beach is a 10 minute walk away. Looking forward to visiting again.

Summary: Great villa with all facilities you need. Vale do Lobo is a beautiful resort with a huge beach - beach restaurants are amazing. Villa Augusta is spacious, well equipped and has wonderfully comfortable beds. We had sundowners on the roof terrace and loved the garden and pool. We will be back!
