Positive: Great location. A spacious holiday home that accommodated our family well. Everything worked. Was really good to have a coffee machine. We appreciated the efficient washing machine,dryer,dishwasher and large washing line. Air conditioning was great which we only required briefly. Having fans in the rooms was great too. Plenty of dishes and pans. Nice to have a BBQ.
Negative: Nothing we didn’t like. Just a suggestion to provide oven gloves and a couple of trivets to put hot dishes on would have been appreciated.
Summary: A very enjoyable family stay. We all thought it was perfect for us.

Positive: Well designed house in a great location - proximity to beach, quiet residential area but not too far from shops and restaurants. Different zones within house and garden for large groups to spread out in. Really comfortable beds. Problem with broken door lock sorted very promptly.
Negative: Not enough towels, toilet rolls and everyday cleaning products. Garden maintenance turned up really early twice in one week.
Summary: Great house and location for a family reunion.

Positive: The house was perfect for a family of 7 5 adults 2 kids plenty of room to escape for some peace and quite kids and adults loved the pool..beds are really comfortable and big rooms everything you need from a home from home holiday!! 5 min walk to the beach 20 mins walk to the surf club but they do have a courtssy bus pick up and drop off but would recommend giving the walk along the beach ago!!:
Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like... if we had to be picky maybe the pool could have a robotic cleaner as we had to clean the pool each morning but that was a fun job for kids..

Positive: A great option for the extended family. Close to the beach but sadly no view. Pool was lovely and big. Lots of break out spaces for a larger group. A lovely community with some nice cafes.
Negative: Stairs are steep - we had a toddler - he mastered them eventually but would be challenging with a smaller child. We brought our own child gate for the kids room to help. The boardwalk is one house away but still a walk to the beach. No view of beach through trees. A few mosquitos about too. However a lovely restful house. The beach is not patrolled in off season except on weekends. No deal breakers just things that are good to know.
Summary: A fabulous extended family holiday home in a lovely location.
