Shared laundry room with the owner's laundry room, featuring a washing machine and dryer. The 1500 m² unfenced grounds feature garden furniture, a 25 m² terrace, a barbecue, and a swing/slide. On-site parking is available in front of the cottage for up to four vehicles. Private, unheated, chlorine-treated swimming pool, open from May 1st to October 15th, measuring 4.50m x 9m and 1 to 1.50m deep, secured by a fence. Pétanque court.
