Casa Callosa is a beautiful house, located on the edge of the popular green &
quiet urbanization of Santa Clara, 3 km from the village of Altea la Vella. The
house has a lovely private swimming pool. Around the house is a beautiful
Mediterranean garden. The villa is located at the end of a dead end road on a
hill and therefore has a lot of privacy and beautiful views. The house has 2
floors, each with its own entrance. The top floor has a living-dining room, two
bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms both have spacious king-size beds and
air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher,
toaster, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. There is also a spacious veranda
(both inside and outside) where everyone can enjoy a meal together. The lower
floor has a lounge with kitchenette and a sofa bed of 1.95 x 1.20 m. The
bedroom has a double bed of 2.00 x 1.60 m and has air conditioning.
The swimming pool is located in the spacious garden and has 9 sun loungers.
Around the house and in the garden are several terraces, there is always a
place to enjoy the spectacular sea view or view of the Bernia mountain range.
Altea la Vella is a nice village and is located 3 km from the house. There are
two supermarkets, a bakery, several restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and a
newsagent. The beach of La Olla is 5 km away. Here you will find several nice
chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can enjoy a delicious meal. The famous
Altea is 7 km away, a beautiful seaside town, known for its white houses, blue
domed church and narrow streets.
The house is an ideal base for city trips to Alicante or Valencia. The area is
perfect for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. In the mountainous hinterland there
are countless hiking and cycling opportunities. Benidorm is less than 10 km
away, where every form of entertainment can be found.
The house is not suitable for groups of young people. It is not a party place.
There is 150 KWh of electricity including the rent per week. Additional use is
