Positive: Location is great although a little hard to find, but the host messaged with helpful directions ahead of time. The rooms are frankly huge for London, I was quite impressed - could sleep two couples quite easily with good privacy. Tea/coffee/sugar are provided as is dishwashing liquid and cleaning supplies for the dishes. The couch is comfy for resting on, kitchen well equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and utensils and plates/bowls/cups/mugs. Host was easy to contact via WhatsApp and very quick to reply. The flat is fully wheelchair accessible except for the bathrooms, just as a heads up for other wheelie guests! There is a nice deck as well. It's quite close to two grocery shops (a large Aldi and a Tesco Express) and a quick walk to two Piccadilly Line Tube stops (Holloway Road and Caledonian Road, the latter of which is fully wheelchair accessible).
Negative: One of the two(!) showers (the one in the main hallway, not the master bedroom bath) is missing its glass panel so probably I wouldn't have used that one if I'd showered on this overnight stay. The WiFi was a little spotty - fine with a laptop but occasionally my phone had connectivity issues.

Positive: The property was super clean, super comfortable and at a strategic location. Would defo book again.
Negative: Nothing about the property particular, but it was quite difficult to contact the owner for the first time when checking in. Maybe make sure that the instruction to get to the door of the apartment is clear enough for future bookers.
