Positive: Spotlessly clean throughout, comfy bed and well equipped kitchen.

Negative: I would have expected kindling and firefighters to have been left for at least one fire. I had to go out and purchase these which I then left for the next guest. A full length mirror would also be a good addition.

Positive: We had a cosy, relaxing & comfortable stay in a welcoming, clean "Home from Home". We loved the comfy bed, great shower, well equipped kitchen, local river & canal walks, A Tavola restaurant, On the Bridge Cafe, Torr Vale Tap room and only a 5 minute walk to the station.

Negative: Nothing. Some guests may find the parking arrangements tricky if you have a larger vehicle and the lack of a dishwasher disappointing but neither of these things bothered us at all.

Positive: Great location. This cottage has a lot of facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, great water pressure... Also we weren't sure if it had enough cooking gear to allow us to self cater for 4 days, but blimey is it well equipped. Loads of pans, knives, chopping boards, utensils etc... even had a sponge and washing up liquid so we could stay on top of it all. Brilliant and lovely house.

Negative: Access to the parking bay round the back took patience to get in. The stones on the driveway also made it trickier. However this is a minor flaw - we really loved our stay in this wonderful little cottage.

Negative: The main step in the back door very high, chairs in sitting room not very comfortable and maybe tv in bedroom ,road going into the back of the house not good neighbours very friendly, left a welcoming bottle of wine and chips really good quality stuff in house eg toast coffee making v good
