SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
When you walk into this beautiful home, the seating area greets you with a wall of pivot windows that light up the home with natural light, connected to a long dining room table that seats 6. There is more sitting room available in the living room which is adjacent to the entrance, complete with a flat-screen TV and private desk area. The kitchen is the heart of this home located in between the living room and the pool area. Lots of pantry storage, and a beautiful view of the pool as you wash dishes in the sink.
There are four doors throughout the home that leads to the main attraction; the pool area. The enclosed lanai with the private pool has outside access to the lake and side yard. With two dining tables and lounge chairs outside, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy this serene location. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large dresser, and a private full bathroom that has a separate vanity area. Across the home, by the entrance is a hallway that leads to the laundry room, full bathroom, and the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a clean and crisp decor with a queen-size bed, dresser, and access to the pool area.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.
