The walking path around the lake invites biking, walking, and jogging. There is an abundance of native birds and colorful plants and shrubs that delight your senses. The heated pool is so relaxing and the nearby tennis courts are well maintained. neighbors. The living room, master bedroom and kitchen have water views. The lanai and bedroom have a lovely view of King's Lake. An attached garage, with remote door opener, provides direct access to your home.
Please note that this unit is only rented by the month, per Steeplechase Association regulations. There is an additional $150 fee made payable to the ASSOCIATION for your application to rent this property. In addition, VRBO is NOT collecting security this year. However, a cleaning fee of $150 will be collected by the owner when you arrive. That fee can be partially or completely refunded depending upon the condition that you leave the property in. Any damages or additional cleaning that needs to be done will be taken from your credit card following your departure.

Summary: The 2nd floor lanai/porch provides a perfect vantage point for viewing the lake, the path around it, the waterfowl that pepper the landscape, the sunsets. The location is an ideal launching point for whatever one wants to do. The layout provides a sense of spaciousness yet coziness.

Summary: Owner or manager first charged us for collier county tax. We have learned from next VBRO rental that this is included. Next was advertised as having internet and it took 1 month to get service. Next she was very restrictive. Our daughter and son in law and 16 year old and 12 year old grandkids always come for Christmas. We lost our home occupancy do to Ian this year. She would not allow. She also had many excuses for coming over during our stay. We have had numerous rental dwellings and as owners never did this to renters. Many of her items for cooking etc did not work. She has lots of stuff all over house. Would not recommend this rental. Will say the bed was comfortable and the shower delightful.
