Positive: An amazing cottage with fantastic amenities. The cinema room, tv room, hot tub, pool table, (some 50p pieces were left for us, but you might want to bring more!) outside relaxing area, large dining room table (naming just a few!) was perfect for a family celebration for ages ranging from 10 to 70 years old. The teenagers especially enjoyed their en suite luxurious bedroom - the videos on their phones were well used! The bedrooms were welcoming, clean and chocolate a nice gesture! The cottage was quirky, with some low beams and unique staircases - what you would expect from a cottage which spaned the centuries. Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of crockery and glasses. We cooked for 13 for the whole of our stay - using the airfryer and microwave to top up a small double oven. Used the gas BBQ too as we had amazing weather! The coffee machine with pods was really appreciated. Large fridge and freezer - what a lovely touch to provide some ice! We went for some lovely short walks - one to the local church with an amazing wooden screen. Lots of board games and outside games were left for us too!
Negative: That we had to leave after making some amazing memories! We have travelled the world and there are always going to be a few things we could pick up on , but communications with the hosts were excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to book this accommodation again!

Positive: The house was truly wonderful, boasting excellent design, and the location and amenities were simply outstanding. There were numerous rooms perfect for relaxation, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the coffee machine was exceptional. While we encountered a minor issue with a door, the owners promptly resolved it. The garden and hot tub were impeccably maintained and of the highest quality. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this property. Its location is ideal, parking is plentiful, and the facilities are extensive. The owners are delightful individuals who are readily available to assist with any needs.
Negative: We found ourselves less than enthusiastic about the popcorn, considering we had gained some weight. The cinema screen was exceptionally large and provided such an enjoyable experience that we were reluctant to depart. The beds were remarkably comfortable, making us all desire a longer rest. The showers were impressively powerful and warm, resulting in a queue to use them. I could continue, but I shall conclude here, as dwelling on these memories might encourage me to make a reservation for next year.

Positive: The venue was in a quiet area which we all loved. The kids loved playing in the garden and all of us so enjoyed going in the hot tub. We were really pleased that there were so many rooms in the property because we could choose to go into different ones to play games or just chill out or watch tv. Most of us loved playing Pool together!!! Plenty of baths/showers which was appreciated. The kitchen had so many items, it was really well stocked. So pleased we could all fit round the dining table. The hosts were amazing. Super helpful and responsive to us.
Negative: A couple of doors were difficult to open and close.

Positive: So much character inside and out - one of the most amazing houses I have ever stayed in. The host was fantastic and extremely accommodating to us all. The beds and even down to the linen was so comfortable. The facilities were outstanding and the detail that has gone into making the house exceptional is second to none! Positive: Plenty of space for everyone with good size bedrooms. We were impressed that the dining table could seat us altogether for meals. The BBQ was a welcome addition when catering for our big group. Great facilities such as the hot tub and cinema room which made our stay special. We appreciated the nice touches especially the coffee maker and syrups, soap and washing up items. Very friendly host who dealt with any enquiries speedily.
Negative: There were quite a few trinkets around which were pretty and added to the decor but we were worried they could get broken. Given it's an old building, there were inevitably some aspects (bathroom doors) which require tlc - some difficulty closing - but didn't detract from our stay.

Positive: Was a Beautiful House in a great location - the views across the fields were lovely. All the rooms including all the bedrooms had little personal touches to them and the beds were so comfy. Great place to stay for families or a group as different spaces available for everyone, i.e Games room, Cinema Room, Dinning Area and great Lounge - oh and not forgetting the Hot Tub ! Would definitely recommend this place to stay.
Negative: There wasnt anything I didnt like but just for reference, it is an old large house with Stone Floors downstairs which are cold when its cold and wet outside - so remember some thick socks ! There is heating in the house but wrap up warm, I can imagine it would be lovely and cool in the summer months.

Positive: Super friendly hosts, fully equipped house with everything you could possibly want (even a ice maker!), bedrooms were luxurious and the beds were so soft and comfty. We also loved the character and the little staircases. Had a nice walk into Usk and thanks to the hosts recommendations had a lovely meal at a local pub. Thanks to the hosts!
Negative: Only thing to keep in mind is to keep the noise down as the barn has neighbours close by. This was ok in the end as we moved into the cinema room instead.
