Positive: Very clean, well-equipped apartment, furnished in a simple and refined way. We loved that every room had balcony access, and the garden was great for our family breakfasts and board game afternoons. Nice, welcoming, and flexible hosts. Absolutely recommended.

Negative: There is one thing that my elder parents didn’t like, but we had no problem with: the slopy hills. The apartment is close to everything, but it is on a road up the hill. For them, it was hard to climb up and reach the place.

Positive: We had a great stay at this apartment — very comfortable for our family of four. It has two bedrooms with super comfy beds and was spotlessly clean. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need. The location is great: a short walk downhill takes you straight to the old town, and the beach is about 15 minutes away. The host and his father were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place!

Positive: We were a family of 3 adults and 2 small children and the property was fantastic. Ferdo and his mother are so lovely and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to cook at the apartment as well as washing your clothes. The apartment itself is stunning and super clean. Highly recommend 17 Pines and we hope to stay again in the future. Thank you for being amazing hosts!

Positive: The apartment looked brand new and very comfortable. Great for a family of 5. It was well equipped and had all the basic things so we did not need to go shopping for the basics. The area outdoors is beautiful with a large dinner table in the shade of large pines. The host and owner is super friendly and very helpful. We could not be more pleased with our stay here!

Positive: Beautiful apartment, immaculately clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Big comfortable beds, plenty of towels, good air con and friendly host who greeted us on arrival and checked in to see if everything was ok during our stay. Lovely outdoor area for sitting in the evening. Handy supermarket on the next street.

Negative: At the top of the hill which is quite hard going after a day at the beach and again after an evening dinner in the town, but easy to get an Uber if needed

Positive: View from the balcony directly to the sea. The reserved apartment was perfect, equipped with absolutely everything needed, even things we would not have thought of for the holiday. Located in a quiet area, close to both the beach and the center, with a small slope to climb but normal in Makarska. A big plus for the kindness of the whole family of the owner. Thank you, Ferdo!
