This fee is not included in VRBO total and will be added once your reservation has been made.

Summary: We vacationed a total of 5 couples (friends from high school)! There was an abundance of room for everyone to enjoy their privacy as well as come together for meals, games and pool time! Pool, hot tub and beach were a big hit with all!!

Summary: This was the perfect home for multiple families to enjoy. So spacious, thoughtfully planned with extra refrigerator, dishwasher, seating, etc. It was a bit of a hike to the beach; however, we were appreciative of the boardwalk. It was a bit pricey, but would we do it again, absolutely!

Summary: House and location were fantastic. Great rain water showers. Only issues were a dirty grill which we cleaned, a couple of wasp nests and the pool light might have been burned out since it never came on. Elevator was very helpful moving the luggage up and down. Great place for a family vacation.

Summary: The large deck and pool, plus the open kitchen and great room made it perfect to coral and supervise all of the 11 grandkids.. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was very convenient and the private board walk to the ocean was a bonus!

Summary: Very nice property. Enjoyed the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Walkway to beach is nice and new easy walk. We did have something stolen out of a car that was left unlocked but not the fault of the property. We had a good time in the pool and would be happy to rent this home again

Summary: Overall, the house is great and was perfect for our group. Unfortunately, there were some issues at check-in that were difficult to get addressed. We had opted to pay extra to have the pool and hot tub heated - and we were assured the heat would be turned on prior to our check-in. With only a four night stay, every hour counts! Unfortunately, not only was the heat was not turned on prior to our check-in, but the pool and hot tub were very dirty. It appears we checked in after a larger group and there was some evidence that the property needed more tending to prior to check in that was not taken care of. We weren’t able to check in before 5 PM which is when general maintenance stops so we weren’t able to have anything addressed upon check-in and lost about 24 hours of use of the pool and hot tub. It was frustrating to waste that amount of time waiting for the issue to be addressed. It seems a bit ineffective to have check-in only allowed from 5 PM after - at the same time maintenance goes off for the day. There should be the ability to have things addressed for the first hour after you check in instead of having to wait upwards of 24 hours for them to be addressed. Overall, the rest of the property was clean and well tended to and stocked. There were a few other minor maintenance issues, but they were not anything critical. For large groups who are looking for lots of space to each have their own bedroom/ bathroom, but also have areas to gather, this was a perfect house.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful! Perfect for our group of 17. Very clean. We loved that every bedroom had its own full bathroom. Every employee we spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and professional. This includes cleaning crew, inspector, maintenance man, and texting hotline. Had a chirping smoke alarm, and staff arrived to fix it very shortly after we contacted them. A couple minor complaints: main fridge was not keeping up and stuff wasn’t getting very cold. Wasps attacked some people on the walk to the beach, 3 people got stung. I’m sure maintenance will address these issues now that they are aware, as it was apparent the property was well cared for. Highly recommend, would stay again!
