2 Bedroom Apartment in Clemmons

Spacious daylight basement apartment with private entrance in quiet country home setting. Enjoy 1800 square feet with game room (ping pong and air hockey fans!), great for entertaining kids and adults.
We are within 15 minutes of downtown WS and Wake Forest University, and minutes from Truist Soccer Field, Rise and Tanglewood Park. Convenient but quiet.
We offer two bedrooms with queen beds and two additional twin beds in the game room. Private entrance with keypad, two parking spaces and coffee included ☕️ We know you will enjoy yourselves!
Part of the charm of our property is the quiet neighborhood in the country. If you are looking for a place to throw a party or large gathering, this is not the property for that purpose.
We do live upstairs in the home and have three dogs. We keep their (and our) activity to a minimum but keep in mind that you may hear a little pitter patter. The upside is that we are typically accessible for questions and add an extra layer of safety :). However, everything is completely private and no part of your space is shared.
We are listed on other vacation rental sites, which is why there is a 24 hour request for booking. We do not want to overbook and have to cancel on any guest. We will do our best to respond ASAP so you can get your plans finalized!

Summary: We were in town for soccer tournament at the Truist fields in Advance. Location couldn’t have been better. Feel like you’re in the country but minutes away from as many restaurants, grocery stores, and shops as you want. The accommodations were exceptional. Very quiet and everything we needed was there. The “play room” was a hit especially the air hockey game. The host was awesome. We didn’t need to make any special requests because everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Summary: We had a great weekend & it was centrally located for us to visit several area wineries. Wish we’d had more time to enjoy the games & outdoor firepit & grill. Loved the blackout curtains.

Summary: My family visited the Winston-Salem area for the first time this summer. We were looking for a rental that felt like a vacation getaway close to relatives who live in Clemmons. The hosts, Karla and Larry, have created wonderful, welcoming accommodations on a beautiful property that is a short drive to local conveniences and beautiful Winston-Salem. The accommodations are just as wonderful as described and pictured. Very clean and comfortable. The game room is amazing, although we did not have time to use it this visit. It was a pleasure meeting both Karla and Larry. (Thank you both for a wonderful experience!) We will definitely book here next time we plan to visit.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Karla and Larry’s property! The country setting is very peaceful and beautiful yet only a 20 minute drive to where we wanted to be in Winston Salem. Karla and Larry were both extremely hospitable and responsive to our communications and went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable; from preparing the fire pit for our use to allowing us to love on their sweet dogs! The accommodations were exactly as described, very comfortable, beautifully decorated, very clean and the Game Room!!! We enjoyed numerous games of carpet ball, ping pong, and air hockey. We had such a lovely weekend visiting our family and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Karla and Larry for sharing your beautiful property with us!! Lord willing, we will see you all again in the near future!

Summary: Our family stayed two nights at Larry and Karla's wonderful apartment and had a great time. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and filled with lots of fun things to do. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is spotless clean. Communication was easy and prompt. Self check in was a breeze. It is a little outside of Winston Salem, but we knew that planned accordingly. We are already making plans to return.
