Positive: The staff is very excellent . I enjoyed my cave stay. Just make sure you ask the accommodation for transfer. I used taxi from the Ferry port and it dropped me off far from the accommodation so don’t do that to yourself. Request for transport and everything will be seamless. I was also not using uber but transport suggested by the accommodation and it worked out cheaper for me.
Negative: Nothing about the property. Just organise transport before getting there.

Positive: This is a charming place in Karterados - a quiet village about 20-min walk from Fira, the capital. Alex is a gracious host with prompt guidance and suggestions to make the most of your visit to Santorini. His mother is extremely warm and welcoming and ensured I was settled in and comfortable every day. Breakfast is exceptional - nutritious, hearty, and delicious, prepared with a lot of love. Overall, a wonderful stay which made me feel at home away from home!

Positive: Quiet, private location and beautiful « cave » apartment inside, as well as lovely shared courtyard where a delicious breakfast was served, and we could sit out with a glass of wine in the evening. We didn’t have a car, so being able to walk to some local shops and restaurants within a few minutes was great, as well as being able to walk to Fira in about half an hour. We also used the local buses which stop about a 5 min walk away. What really made the place exceptional was the hospitality -the hosts went out of their way to be helpful and could not have been more welcoming. Alex even offered us a free upgrade, which was much appreciated!

Great location...25 min walk into central Fira in a quiet, authentic characterful neighbourhood. Breakfast was fantastic. Caves apartment was clean and comfortable.

Positive: The facility we stayed in was comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, the locals were friendly... And what we liked the most was that we were in the center of the island and close to all kinds of sights. Also, kudos to the staff, they were approachable, nice and polite. We already miss our accommodation, we would like to return there soon!

Positive: Our stay in this accomodation was amazing. Efi, with her energy, hospitality and caring made our stay special with feeling like home. I would definitely return to this accomodation if coming back to Santorini. We have exchanged 3 different accomodation during our stay and this one was the best. Clean, equiped. We have even received bottle of vine and fresh fruits on the room..every day cleaning with a small sweet surprise on the pillow. Breakfast was delicious. Thanks Efi and Alex 🧡

Positive: Amazing staff, we felt at home. They gave us great tips that defined our trip (which made it so much better) and accommodated an earlier breakfast due to our early departure. The place is super clean, spacious, and comfy. The room had an airco and also a humidifier, kettle, tea, candy, apples, etc. They had fresh water for us in the fridge too. It was quite cool staying at such a cave like location. WiFi was great and the bus stop was only about 5 min away. Getting to fira is also only a 15 min walk. The breakfast was amazing, fresh juice, pastries and eggs!
Negative: Nothing. Although it’s not super sound proof, so if you are a late sleeper, I would recommend getting some earplugs just in case.
