Summary: Great little cozy house on large property, with room to play outdoor games! Host was very friendly and there was great communication before and during visit. Very clean and perfect for nights after long days at the ball field. Very close to Dream Parks and Cooperstown. About a 25 minute drive to All Star Village, but an easy drive!

Summary: We rented the 1819 House and the Carriage house and couldn't had a better experience! Perfect location and all our guests thought the accommodations were perfect!

Summary: Place was clean and the owner was extremely cordial and accommodating. Our only complaint (not really a complaint, but preference) was that there was only one tv with no regular cable. Other than that, we highly recommend staying here.

Summary: The host was very friendly and meet us at the house to show us around. The house was very close to everything, which was great since my son was playing at Dreams Park. Plenty of room for family.
