Positive: Erin. The property owner was very kind. The room was cleaned daily, breakfast was delicious, and the conversation was great. The views were beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I was there for my son’s baseball tournament in Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property is a 7 minute drive. Perfect.

Positive: The bed and breakfast was extremely nice and the owner was very pleasant and was also very helpful with information about the area. The breakfast served was excellent and was prepared at the time not in advance then heated up.

Positive: We loved staying here! The property is lovely and exceptionally spotless. Our room (actually a suite) was quaint, warm and cozy, the woods around the inn beautiful, the sound of the stream restful and breakfast every day was superb! We felt pampered. Erin was an fantastic host, friendly and helpful, and her breakfasts were so good! We highly recommend staying here. It's just a very short drive to Cooperstown and a wonderful place to stay--just off the beaten track enough to be truly a getaway.

Negative: The shower in the room. The angle of the shower head was a little awkward but no big deal.
