Positive: The location. Easy to park. The diy Breakfast and other snacks were really really good. Somebody ha put a lot of thought into this. Comfortable room and bed. Good night's sleep. Walkable town.
Negative: Limited places to have a drink in the evening in the town.

Negative: Room 2 was very tight ... clean and offered twin beds but very tight and beds partially blocked access to the bathroom.
Summary: Exactly the accommodations needed for cycling the C&O Towpath and in exactly the the right place

Negative: The floor in the room was dirty and the room was too hot. There was no way to control temperature. Having no staff made it feel impersonal.

Positive: The breakfast was amazing and everyone was moving in harmony to prepare their own healthy choice. Hot sauce was literally the only thing that I couldn't find, it was probably there somewhere but I just missed it.
Negative: nothing.
