Positive: Our unit was managed by Midway Vacations, and they were excellent! They went above and beyond to help us with several different requests, and their communication was always quick, professional, and 5-stars!! Big thanks to their whole team. The unit itself worked well for our needs, we traveled with 2 small children and the double beds and sliding door helped us with bedtime and naps. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and appliances, the location to the beach was excellent, and the view was lovely! We appreciated and used the 2 beach chairs they provided. Overall, we really liked our stay there.
Negative: The bathroom had a very small toilet/shower area. There is no tub. It's easy for water to get on the floor. The elevators were being replaced/renovated in the entire building - so there was sometimes a 10-20 minute wait to get an elevator up or down (not the fault of the unit hosts and they did communicate that beforehand as well.) The unit is smaller than how it appears in the photos, but it worked fine for us. The building is older and the 6th floor rec level could use renovating/updating, but it had a pool, 2 hot tubs, and a kids play area, which worked great for us.
Summary: Great property hosts/management, great location, and a good unit for a family with kids.

Positive: The location was walking distances to the beach and all the shopping area. I loved the ocean and city view from our balcony. The Laundry mate was on each floor.

Positive: It looks just like the picture and it was very equipped.
Negative: You don’t have a parking spot and it’s so hard to find one. I rent a big truck and the security guard said that we can only park on the second floor (street) because here only parked trucks which it wasn’t true there was small vehicles on this floor who can parked on the others floors and they were using the spots for trucks. We literally had to park like 2 o 3 blocks away from the building because after 3pm there was not spaces available. So walking around at 12 am from leaving the car in a parking that we didn’t know if we can get towed it was not comfortable and convenient.
Summary: Everything just like the picture but Parking Spots it sucks if you have a truck and security ward does not care about.
