The authentic 18th-century mill is bordered by a beautiful waterway.
Located close to the Beaumont-du-Perigord fortified town, on the border of the Perigord Pourpre and the Perigord Noir, between Sarlat and Bergerac. This character house is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The house boasts 6 bedrooms with double beds, a new sofa bed, and 2 single beds. Bedrooms are spacious, with brand new bedding and 4-star hotel quality (resort mattresses with memory foam mattress overlay and feather duvets).
The full kitchen is mixes modern and traditional (4 gas range hobs, electric oven, microwave, American-style fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine, and ice maker). Washing machine and dryer are available.

Summary: A lovely comfortable house that is perfect for a large group with plenty of space inside to spread out and large grounds outside to play around on. Very well equiped for all your needs and an excellant BBQ and eating area. All bedrooms were very comfy and the pool and Jaccuzi area is superb, the kids spent hours in there. The owner and concierge were very welcoming and on hand for anything. Would definately recommend for a large family holiday. Thanks very much

Summary: The house is super with very big rooms. There are enough things to do for the children. The simmingpool is very nice. All the equipment in the house is very good. We've had a very nice holiday.

Summary: Myself and my family had the pleasure of staying at Didier's house for two weeks starting on the 24th August. We have been going to the area for many years as a family. The house is convenient for Bergerac airport, and is located in a very rural area, but only a few minutes away from a supermarket. The house is well equipped for a family, with a large kitchen, separate games room and lounge with dining table, outdoor dining area and swimming pool. There is plenty of space to allow the kids to play, while adults can hide away for peace and quiet. The games room includes a new TV, DVD player and Wii, pool table, rowing machine and sauna. The lounge is traditional with exposed beams, an imposing open fireplace, and comfortable seating. Doors opening onto the back garden, well away from the game area, make this a good place to sit in peace and quiet. The appliances are all fairly new, and include a microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and drying machine. The internal walls of the house are fully sealed, and the wood beams are treated so insect life is kept out. My favourite bedroom is the one leading off the lounge which has its own shower and toilet, with doors opening onto the garden, and a very comfortable king sized bed. The upstairs of the house has lots of character with uneven floors. All the upstairs bedrooms have double or king sized beds, with one also having ensuite shower and toilet. The rooms are all clean and well sealed with no signs of bugs. The bathroom has a new fully enclosed steam bath. Outside there's plenty of space for parking, and plenty of space to wander around. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids. There is a natural pond hidden in the trees with an abundance of frogs and dragonflies. Young children should be supervised when near this area. At night the owls are very active with lots of hooting. We ate all our meals outside on the very long table - our little family only used on end but there's certainly plenty of space. All the windows and doors are shuttered with with additional brace bars, and there are good quality locks throughout. We had a great holiday and were sad to leave.
