Summary: Really good location and nice property. Lots of little extras like cart for grocery shopping. Unusual to find a VRBO 1 bedroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room. Very happy with the property and plan to come back in 2024

Summary: A stunning and warm Parisian residence. Felt like home from the very first minute. After some long days what a pleasure to have a home to return to. It was in a great neighborhood and stocked with everything I needed. Outstanding ! Our hosts were equally as outstanding.

Summary: We just completed a several week stay at Virgine and Bernard’s Paris apartment and had a delightful experience. The apartment is accurately represented although I think the VRBO photos understate current reality because now both the bath and kitchen have been renovated to a high standard and the dishwasher and washer/dryer (separate units!) are new Bosch models. In addition, all windows (being on level 2 [US] in a Haussmann building) are very large, new and triple glazed insuring absolute isolation from outside noise. Given the age of the building and its protected status, there are occasional audible footsteps from above but this is pretty normal in Paris apartments. We realize that mattress preference is subjective. That said, the bedroom mattress is the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced in a rental apartment allowing for welcome restful sleep. The apartment is comfortably furnished and in an authentically Parisian non touristy neighborhood with supermarkets and local transit options close at hand…not to mention excellent boulangeries and fromageries. Best of all, Virgine and Bernard are accommodating and very nice people which made for an excellent and stress free rental experience. Highly recommended!

Summary: The decoration fits my wife and my fantasy of Paris perfectly. The owner is very helpful. They even prepare a baby chair and a baby crib for us. At least 4 supermarkets, 3 bus lines, 2 subway stations, and lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Even our baby loves it and don't wanna go home. Excellent choice for long stay in Paris.

Summary: This well maintained first floor apartment in a Hausmann-style building is beautifully furnished with inimical style. Bernard and Virginie met us on arrival to help with our cases and although they don't live near, they were always responsive to any of our needs during our long 44 night stay in Paris while working for the Euro2016 tournament. The main bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom is quiet with the windows closed. All the rooms have metal shutters should the street sounds become too noisy. The second bed is a sofa bed in one of the two lounges, but the room can be closed off for privacy. The well-stocked kitchen has a washer and a drier, another key feature of this apartment, although there is an eco-friendly dry cleaners in the street below for bed linen cleaning. The bathroom has a lovely roll top bath but a shower curtain would make showering easier. The internet and wifi connection is excellent.The area is full of interesting shops, restaurants, including a late-night store opposite who sells home-made ready meals, which saved us a few nights after working very late. Walk up Rue Lamarck and you get to Sacré Coeur in about 15 mins. The 95 bus is very close and Metro stations Guy Moquet and Lamarck-Caulaincourt easily walkable. We had good meals in many restaurants but the best was a chicken speciality restaurant Le Coq Rico in Rue Lepic. Special mentions to Le Refuge, Le Championnet, le Sagittaire, Le Cabanon de la Butte, Les Perchés du Chai, Tentazioni, Jeanne B, Le Cépage, San Antonito, Chez Frezet, and Le Square Marcadet. We had a lovely time staying in this apartment and would return again.
