Summary: Love this place! 5 miles from town, out in the country, complete with cows next door. Very peaceful and relaxing with a fantastic view of Mt Sopris from the patio. We soaked in the hot tub every day. There are 3 steps in-between most of the rooms, so a rather unusual layout. Large bathroom, comfortable furniture, fun kitchen, gas grill a plus. A really fun stay!

Summary: The cabin lived up to all of the previous reviews ... we stayed here 16 nights while visiting my 84-year old father who lives in the area ... was a great home for us during this time. Relaxing. For those who are sensitive to the dry air of higher elevation, it seemed that being so close to the rushing stream mitigated those effects. We hope to be back!

Summary: This is a wonderful property. We stayed here during our daughter's Spring Break. We spent most days skiing at Snowmass (~45 minute drive) and explored a little. Coming home to this cabin was a delight. The cabin is warm and cozy. The kitchen window peering out at Mt. Sopris is amazing. The creek just outside the second bedroom and TV room is lovely to listen to. We will be back.

Summary: 2nd year in a row I’ve stayed here. Out of the fray but still quite convenient to Carbondale and Aspen if you don’t mind a little drive. Very peaceful after a great day skiing.
