Summary: We come to PHX every year for spring training baseball, and this year we close to stay in the Rosevelt area. Everything you need is walkable from this stay location. Perfect house for me and my wife to stay at for 30 plus days with all the touches of home for relation and stay in cooking dinners. Hummingbirds in front yard was an added bonus.
