Negative: The instructions didn't make it clear that entry was on the side of the building through an alley. The electronic entry did not work. I had to call to get in. It took an hour in the hot weather for someone to get back to me. I was then given instructions to get access to the door key, which was not evident. The wi-fi worked for my phone and computer but not for the television. it was so bad I was not able to watch television. That was very disappointing.
Summary: I liked the location and the apartment was nice. It was a comfortable stay.

Positive: Lots of space with a 2 bedroom apartment. Cold AC is a must in Phoenix heat and this unit has plenty. Everything works. Parking near downtown included. Decent sized closet with iron/ironing board. Filtered water from the fridge. Good value would stay again.
Negative: The only thing I recommend is an awning or shade for the door as the knob was so hot it burned my hand when I tried opening the door. Phoenix heat is no joke. Also need maintenance to change a few light bulbs on the light fixtures, a few were not working during my stay. I just used one from another fixture to fix the one I wanted to use. Other than that, this place is great.

Positive: i loved the location. i would walk to the coffee shop every morning!
Negative: the tv and the wifi did not work great so we ended up just using our personal data. the stairs up to the front door were sill of spiderwebs. the water filter in the fridge said it needed replacement so we had to buy gallons of water just to be in the safe side.

Positive: I loved everything about it. The balcony was a special treat. It was so close to Chase Field which one of our reasons for selecting it. Added bonus was only 20 minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale.
Negative: The steps were not my favorite but were doable. I have bad knees.
Summary: Most enjoyable vacation in 4 years which apartment contributed greatly.
