Summary: Family of 6 plus one infant. We enjoyed our stay. The owner was always accessible for questions or needs. Home and kitchen was well equipped. All beds very comfortable. Lots of space to relax. Well furnished bedrooms with closet space and desks. One bathroom but it worked for our family. Nice crib for baby. Recommend highly!!

Summary: Jack’s house is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a family vacation rental. We had everything we needed for 5 people and hosting family dinners for extended family while visiting DC. We would not hesitate to rent this down stairs duplex again.

Summary: Overall the house was great. Everything worked, check in was easy and having parking in the back was great. Pros: spacious, quiet, back yard for kids to play in is fenced in. Location is awesome, you can walk to Town center with multiple restaurants, shopping, bars, lunch spots etc. and not worry about parking. Cons: There is no jetted spa as advertised, the 1 bathroom is very small. Lack or cleaning supplies, no dish rags, dust pan, mop or wet Swiffer, master bedroom bed is uncomfortable and very squeaky.
