Positive: The location was ideal as it was close to Howard University and nearby eateries and stores. The aroma that greeted us at the end of a long day was quite welcoming.
Negative: The blinds could be adjusted so the light that must stay on, does not affect the person in the front room.

Positive: It is a nice space, with two bedrooms, lots of closets and good beds. The kitchen is well equipped and the furniture is fairly comfortable.
Negative: The entry instructions did not tell us how to find the door, so we had to get help from the other tenants. It was very dark and awkward to gain entry the first time. The condo was not quite as clean as one might hope (mostly the bathroom needed detailed attention) but it was basically very good.
