Our cleaners are taking every precaution when cleaning this home and making sure it is done up to CDC standards. We are going above and beyond to ensure all surfaces and touch points are being cleaned thoroughly and disinfected (including all light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.). You will have self check in and no interaction with anyone. We will make sure to do any routine maintenance before or after your stay to make sure we give our guests and staff the social distancing needed.**

The property is located 90 miles from the Oregon coast.
I live on site in lower level of home as required by the new Portland Short Term Housing Law. I enter and exit at the rear of the home. You have a totally private living space on the main and upper levels of the home. If you enter and exit at the front of the home there is no interaction with me except if you are using the hot tub on the rear patio and I enter/exit the home at the rear. I am happy to plan my schedule around your hot tub usage. The laundry room in the lower level is shared space. I would be happy to not use the laundry room during your stay if you prefer. Note: Per the Short Term Housing law in the City of Portland I am required to live on site 270 days a year.
