You have the full lower part of the house. As a true private host, I want you to feel as comfortable as in your own home. As I am in a separate, private side of the house, I am available for any questions, need for recommendations or last minute needs!
It accomodates up to two people on a comfortable queen size bed, and a 3rd person on a queen size air mattress or the futon sofa. The room/living area is designed for you to relax with books, magazines, and throws so you can rest and recharge.
There is a full size large bathroom with fresh towels, premium toiletries, complimentary luxury fragrances from Jo Malone London, an iron, small ironing board, a hanging rack and a hair dryer.
The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge (incl freezer), a microwave, plug-in electric single element induction stove, coffee maker, plates and utensils, hot water kettle, toaster, britta filtered pitcher, and basic cookware, incl. a cutting board & knives, a pot and a pan.
You'll find a desk and chair if you need to work with strong wifi that holds video conferences in a quiet space.
For short stays, the laundry space can be made available for a low fee, agreed upon upfront.
For stays of 28 days or longer, access to the laundry space is complimentary.
Free parking is available on the street and there are usually spots either on the front street or the side street but always just steps away from the door.

Summary: It’s small and big enough for staying only half an hour walking distance to downtown area. Absolutely felt safe to walk and back around this area. Great communication with owners to help anything I needed. It’s quite area but not if you are sensitive to heating system noise and just bring your ear plugs. It didn’t bother me as I sleep well. Place is very clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Thank you Quela for hospitality

Summary: Check in was easy, for our needs it was great. Able to access the apartment, had street parking which we needed. We were only there for a short period of time, but had everything we needed with a small fridge as well. Instructions were thorough and made check-in seamless and simple.

Summary: The lighting on the walkway needs improvement really dark. Also need to have a door separating unit from owners house we felt no privacy. A tv to stream for background noise would be nice. The camera inside our unit was not cool I saw it the next morning when we were leaving. It’s pointed at the door but the unit is small so not sure what it catches. So I hope there aren’t pics of me naked! House was clean and safe area to walk around.
