Summary: First of all, I want to say how much we appreciate nice, affordable, dog-friendly places to stay. Second, the host was very helpful in getting us booked the night before arriving. The rugs, linens and towels were all clean and in good condition. While the cottage is small, it has a full kitchen and bath which we really appreciate. The double bed has a thick mattress topper that is super soft but made it challenging for us to maneuver on! We found the couch uncomfortable but did appreciate the TV trays to eat on (and place our suitcase on). If we could offer some practical ways for improvement, we would suggest a deep cleaning of the decor and kitchen appliances as well as a thorough wipe down of kitchen counters, sink, window seals and outdoor table and chairs. Overall, for the price, it was a good place to stay!

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed. My dog was able to stretch his legs (and nose) around the fenced in back yard. This was a definite plus.

Summary: This rental has the most comfortable bed. It seems to mold softly around your body! It was really hot that day and it took a bit to cool down bedroom. I could not give owner ETA on my arrival so she could not try to cool it ahead of time!

Summary: One night stop to final destination. Appliances worked well with large refrigerator. Bed was very comfortable with nightstand on each side of bed and dressers available. Ample parking for truck and boat. Host was very hospitable.

Summary: My 11-year-old son and I arrived with our dog at about 6:15 p.m. and all we wanted to do was rest. It was really nice to have a safe, clean, extra quiet place to do so. This property was incredibly peaceful, host was super friendly and helpful, it felt safe as compared to some of the reviews for hotels in Redding. The bed was also ridiculously comfortable. Highly recommend.
