Positive: Great Area , Super calm during the days and fairly quiet at night as well. Super close to a good walk to good restaurants and multiple bus lines. I did not park on the street as it is very narrow and limited I parked downtown and used the Red Like to get far north. Such a gem of a neighborhood very beautiful!
Negative: Not much to dislike every was clean in and order maybe if you are from the south like myself, no central a/c is a bit of a bummer but did not take away any enjoyment from my experience

Positive: Incredible location. Rogers Park is a great neighborhood. Trains to the city are nearby. Tucked away apartment that is charming and comfortable.
Negative: The process of confirming with my host was frustrating. Some hairs non the bathroom floor when we arrived. The closet door had issues. Small details.
Summary: Overall a great stay. Great value.

Negative: I had to provide additional personal information after confirming my booking through booking.com that I have never had to provide in the past for a short term rental. When we checked in, the instructions to get the keys were incorrect and I had to call to get alternative instructions. Parking in this neighborhood is virtually impossible - we drove around for at least a 1/2 hour after a day of travel. I wouldn't recommend this location to someone with a car unless the hosts arrange for free parking somewhere nearby. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are very worn and poorly maintained and the cookware were very limited.
Summary: I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone with a car because parking is almost impossible.

Positive: Inside the apartment was wonderful! Very clean. Cute
Negative: No on site parking was terrible! Worst ever! Trying to get to the key from the lock box was partially confusion and then the 2nd one didn't work. Smell of pot in the building, luckily inside the apt did not.
Summary: We definitely got what we paid for. Wonderful inside the apt, outside its door was not it, noparking
