The holiday apartments are situated on a most romantic and unique sandy beach near London. They have been family managed by the owners for twenty years. Part of a 250 year old Georgian Mansion the apartments are comfortably furnished including books, videos and games. Every room has a beautiful view either out to sea and the chalk cliffs or towards the Victorian garden at the back of the house. There is an ever changing scene sea scape with the tides, fascinating sea birds, ships to watch either from the windows or the beach directly in front of the property. You have opportunities to play golf straight behind the house, go swimming, go to the children's play area or play tennis. A good idea is to bring your own bicycles with you. The bicycle paths around this area and some along the beach are breath-taking. All apartments are child friendly and non-smoking areas.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to the Kent Coast made perfect by our stay at this apartment. The owners live downstairs and are very friendly, whilst leaving you to enjoy your stay in peace. We had access to a large, smart TV with Sky and a range of other apps for evening viewing. The apartment is kept spotlessly clean. The views are spectacular with a lovely, quiet bay literally opposite the property. We spent hours watching the tide going in and out. At low tide, you can walk for miles and miles along the coastline. A five star stay and I'm sure we will be back at some point.

Summary: Lovely apartment with fantastic views over the beach and sea. Everything we required to make it a home away from home break. Simone is a great host and makes sure you are comfortable with all the appliances. Great location for walking on the beach into Broadstairs and beyond or cycling up to Whitstable.

Summary: Overall this was a top holiday rental. The price seems reasonable for the great accommodation that was the Sea View apartment. A good welcome by the owner, a good location in front of a lovely beach and just down the road (5min drive, 30 min walk) from Broadstairs. I was pleasantly surprised by the Great sized kitchen with excellent facilities and spotlessly clean. The living room and bathrooms were also so comfortable and clean and great sizes. The ambiance of the building and apartment was warm & welcoming and felt secure with code locks and door locks. The apartment views were beautiful front (sea) and back (gardens). It's very suitable for a family with children rather than a group of adults as there was only one double bed, but another large kids room with a single and bunk. There were only a few things i would have liked to have been aware of before booking: the tricky parking for one car only (out of owners control), the difficult lock on the apartment door which was a fiddly struggle every time we went out, some troubles with the TV signals which we resolved ourselves, the lack of WIFI and phone signal (although aware phone signal is also out of control of owner and something that a lot of people would relish!). Overall I would definitely stay again and have recommended it to family and friends. Couldn't fault the service and cleanliness either - and the proactive helpfulness of the owner.

Summary: We truly enjoyed our stay at this Broadstairs apartment! Sitting in the living room in front of the fireplace listening to the waves from the ocean was so relaxing. We enjoyed walking up the street to the local pub, Captain Digby's, for a couple of meals and pints. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Simone was so nice and helpful! We hope to come back and stay here again soon!

Summary: The apartment was lovely. There was only 2 of us but there is ample room for a large family to stay as the second bedroom has 3 beds (1 single, 1 bunk). The double room has a great huge bed, and a separate bathroom (bath only, no shower). The master bedroom bathroom could do with an added shower if there is a large family staying, but for us this was fine as there is a second shower room with toilet. The Aparment is in Kingsgate Bay and so is about a 25 minute walk into Broadstairs, but is a lovely stroll along the bay if the tide is out. Simone the host is lovely and very accommodating and allowed us to check out later in the afternoon for an added cost. The apartment has no iron, or hairdryer. Simone though did iron my top for me, however again the apartment could benefit from an iron and ironing board especially if making use of the washing machine. Gas is added at the end of the stay and taken from the deposit, this could be factored into the overall price per night/week as with the electricity. But I suppose if gas isn't needed during your stay this is a fairer way to calculate surcharges. The Kitchen is fully fitted and condiments are provided such as soap, washing up liquid, washing powder, sponges, tin foil and such like, and has a lovely view onto the garden. We will be back sometime in the future.

Summary: the apartment is very nicely decorated, and has plenty of space, and is well equipped, very well maintained, and lovely and clean. The views are lovely. Did lots of walks on the cliff tops, and can recommend the Captain Digby for food. The owner was very helpful, and on hand.

Summary: Our family had a wonderfull time in Broadstairs . Nice little town , great appartment : spacious, charming and very well equipped, beautifull views. Mrs Vince told us the highlights in the region and was very helpfull. The house is situated practically on a white cliff ! 5 ***** !!!

Summary: We stayed here with our two children aged 3 and 6 years. We found the flat large enough to house the whole family comfortably, and all the rooms were a lovely big size. There are bunk beds in the children's room and a selection of books and games which was a lovely extra thought. The flat is well stocked with everything you would need to cook for your family every night if you wanted to. But there are also extras that you don't expect, such as warm blankets on the sofas ( perfect for snuggling up when the nights are chillier) and plenty of extra pillows. The flat was also spotlessly clean, which is such a joy when you are away from home. But the best thing about this flat is the location. The main bedroom and the lounge have gorgeous sea views, and Kingsgate Bay is lterally over the road. This is one of the quieter bays in Broadstairs, and became virtually our private cove. Perfect for strolls and chasing waves, rockpooling and hiding in sea caves. Our children absolutely loved it and we had trouble getting them in for bed! Not only would we go again, but given half a chance would probably move in permanently.
