Positive: Shorley Wall was absolutely perfect for our short break. The location is great for exploring Kent and the property is just a ten minute walk from the Broadstairs high street and the main beach, Viking Bay. The owners have taken great care to make sure their house has everything you could need during your stay. Everywhere was beautifully clean, well-presented and very comfortable. Gina communicated very effectively, providing all necessary information in good time before our stay and answering my questions quickly. We loved that information sheets and instructions had been created and left out so that we didn't have to search for them or wonder how to use appliances. We also really appreciated having recycling bins to use - this is a real rarity in holiday accommodation. Gina was a super host and the extra touch of the Easter eggs for the kids, and the wine and beer for the adults were very appreciated and made us feel very welcomed. We would not hesitate to stay at Shorley Wall in the future.
Negative: Door handle was a little fiddly for unlocking as handle comes down over the key when you are trying to turn it.

Negative: We booked the property as it was three bedrooms and had four beds. However, we were unable to use the bunk beds as they werenโ€™t made up as for child use only. This was mentioned when we booked but wasnโ€™t very clear.
