Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Summary: Beautiful condo and accurately described. Neat appearance but the floors needed mopped. No visable dirt but our feet were black from walking inside the condo. Everything worked and beds were comfortable. Easy access to beach and pools. Disappointed that the Cabana bar was not in operation and tables/chairs tied up not for guests to use. Lounge chairs by the cabana pool were open to guests. Above unit had dumped water (soapy) off the balcony several days and it would splash and enter our balcony. Reported to VACASA

Summary: Sandbridge for Thanksgiving was wonderful and some of us stayed at the Sanctuary. Easy check in out, condo was well appointed, and owners were kind enough to share a gift card. Very kind and thoughtful. Foosball table was a huge hit with our boys! Would definitely stay/rent again! Blessed and grateful to visit family and friends and have a place to call home. Thank you

Summary: Our unit was very nice and updated. Accurate to the information and photos when we booked our condo unit. The problem, however, was the amount of SPIDERS on our balcony and everywhere on the exterior portion of the building, garage, and doorway overhang entrances around the pool. We bought bug spray and had to spray our balcony to even use it! Building A pool area has a hot tub that has been out of order for 2 years and cones around another area that is not in use for the same amount of time. We stayed in a different unit last year with these same issues mentioned so that’s how we know it’s at least 2 years of unfixed equipment. The master bathroom toilet was running 24/7. The float doesn’t operate correctly.

Summary: Decent place, but couldn’t check in early (paid for early check-in) due to cleaning. Once in room, wasn’t very clean. Floors were dirty and kitchen. Staff around pool area not friendly and no umbrellas or shade around pool.

Summary: Well appointed room! Spacious. The entire condominium was super clean and everything seemed almost brand new. Disappointing to have building A’s pool area closed especially when our door took you right out to the pool but we did appreciate the common pool and cantina (a few extra chairs would have been appreciated as we saw folks saving chairs then heading to the beach). We appreciated the outdoor gas grill, located in the pool area. We would recommend for sure! First week of June=cold water and current/surf only allowed 1 out of 3 days that wasn’t “red flagged”. If you appreciate shelling, you may want to visit elsewhere as shells are tiny or broken. If you appreciate sandy beaches and watching the ocean, this beach is perfect!
