Summary: The property is as nice as listed. It had modern amenities for a Victorian era house. The Keurig/full pot Coffee maker combo with the stocked cups was an unexpected bonus. All rooms were clean and tidy. The proprietor quickly removed snow from the driveway during the Nor'easter during our stay. He and his family are very friendly. The ground floor bathroom was a bit small but everything worked fine.

Summary: Juan and his wife were very gracious hosts. They allowed us to use the oven in the upstairs apt when we realized ours was not working, and they also set up an extra bed up there for us - which we ultimately didn't use but greatly appreciated. Thanks!
