Summary: The property was clean and in a great place to get where I needed to go. The backyard *is* shared with the other half of the duplex. They were quick to respond and very helpful.

Summary: The owner is a hard-working committed professional who seems to be willing to do whatever it takes to help you be comfortable! This unit is basic…and maybe needs new furniture. Couch and chair in living room are old and they were stained. Owner offered to come and clean them but we have dogs and it would have presented a hassle for us we didn’t have time to deal with. This was the only real negative about the property itself. Has a nice yard, is located close to the Plaza, and plenty of shopping nearby. Kitchen has been well appointed with what you need and everything is in good working order. Again- 5stars for the host…but only 3 for the cleaning service as they should have informed him of the condition of his upholstery. Personally, I’d advise the very kind and very responsive owner to get some new furniture and I’d come back if he would have us. Wanted to give five stars but needs the upholstery cleaned (or replaced)…but incredibly grateful!

Summary: Check in was very easy. The upstairs was quite a bit warmer compared to the downstairs. It was close to Mission Hills, which was nice. We found some fun parks close by.

Summary: The location was great with easy access to everything KC. The home was clean and the kitchen had what we needed. The street was a challenge walking the dog, without sidewalks and with a few watch dogs along the way. At the end of the street the Rosedale park was dog friendly.
