Summary: I stayed at this property for the summer during an internship. The apartment was fully furnished so I did not have to bring many things other than my own belongings. I enjoyed the stay and was able to communicate easily with the property owner when I did have any issues. I would recommend.

Summary: Stayed here for a week while finishing up work before relocating. Check in process was easy, apartment has everything you need for short term. AC unit was kind of loud when running, but I got used to it after a few days. Outside of that, my stay was stress free.

Summary: April has been amazing with assisting me with check in process and provided quick response to any questions that I had. The rental unit was beautiful with plenty of amities any thing you could need was available for use. The area was quite and peaceful with nice friendly neighbors. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone that is looking to visit KC it’s close to all the major highways and places of interest. Thanks April!
