The space
Welcome to our fully equipped apartment, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. The living space boasts stylish furnishings that create an inviting atmosphere, ideal for unwinding with a cocktail or enjoying quality moments with your loved ones. Stay connected with High-Speed Internet access while relishing the privacy provided by our enclosed complex. Your security is our priority, as we have CCTV surveillance in place, and each apartment is allocated a designated parking space.
This spacious apartment comprises 2 large bedrooms, designed to ensure a pleasant stay. The main bedroom features a comfortable full-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a full-sized bed and a twin-sized bed. For your convenience, all bedrooms are equipped with individual AC units.

The apartment features a full bathroom with a refreshing shower, and a designated parking spot is available for your vehicle. The living room is thoughtfully furnished, creating a cozy space for lounging and relaxation. Our Wood deck is ready for relaxation, meditations, read a book, have breakfast, lunch or dinner and enjoy a nice night with a perfect illumination.
This area is also perfect to Birdwatching our Woodpeckers friends. we have around 8 Woodpecker that live in the backyard trees.
We also have smoker friends and even that apartment is non-smoking area, we have a area on a backyard to seat and enjoy your smokes.

Our New addition to the Backyard is the Swimming pool area we're you can enjoy this area separate from a wood deck.

Summary: Our host Jesus was wonderful. He told us all the best local places to visit. The location was great, just a quick walk to the beach and river. There was even chairs and toys for the kids to take to the beach.

Summary: The backyard and pool were very well-maintained, and the apartment was clean and well-stocked. Finally, the owners responded to messages quickly. I only recommend asking for a location pin before your arrival. The apartment can be hard to find the first time if you are not familiar with the area.

Summary: Host went above and beyond to ensure that we made the best of our short stay on the island. The property is in a great location for local beach and outdoor activities. We want to go back to spend more time lounging in the backyard of the property.

Summary: The apartment was very clean. Could use a little more counter space in the kitchen. Great communication. Any time we sent a message the owner responded immediately. The area around the apartment is not the greatest however the property is all fenced in and locked. We felt very safe. I loved the back yard. It has a pool, a swing, a grill and they have bikes to use. Very nice amenities! The beds were comfy, air worked great and great water pressure in the shower. I would stay again.

Summary: Jesus was very helpful. He’s very knowledgeable about the area. It’s was very clean and neat. Did I mentioned the air conditioning was awesome! Backyard is spacious and had cool props to take pictures. The pool was clean and felt amazing.

Summary: Communication with the owners was great. They were very responsive and prompt. I was surprise that we were not the only occupants as the place is set up motel style. This wasn’t at all an issue but it would have been nice to be aware of this prior to booking. There were some minor setbacks but the owner made adjustments accordingly and as soon as possible. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and made lasting memories. We would definitely stay again.
