Summary: This apartment itself is very cute and the views at the top are amazing. It is in Chinatown and there are a lot of homeless/drug users all around but the property itself follows strict security and overall felt very safe. The homeless don’t bother you or ask you for anything. This apartment makes it very easy to get to downtown. The heater broke while we were here but the manager acted right away to help us out.

Summary: Pretty decent flat with all the amenities included. Location interms of access to nearby places is really good. However there were many homeless folks in the close proximity so but building security was really good. Overall a good experience

Summary: The property is very well maintained and clean. However would be nice to have had a dish cloth and dish towel, or even paper towels upon arrival. We had to buy some. Also needs some sort of recycling bin as there is only trash can and when you go to trash room you have to pick through your trash for recycling. The building is very secure but the street and surrounding neighborhood has a lot of homeless The homeless don’t seem to bother anyone. Just a lot of trash and odor around. A lot of sirens at night. Owner is very responsive if you have a problem. All in all a nice stay
