Positive: The house was wonderful and was clean upon arrival. We felt very comfortable.
Negative: Only downfall of this property is the steep drive up on a single wide dirt road. We came with motorcycles on a trailer and the drive way was nearly too small to turn with a trailer. I do not suggest booking this place if you plan to come with a trailer nor would I book this place in the winter. The dirt road does not feel safe enough to tackle with any snow or ice on the road. You could easily end up in the trees down the hill. With a vehicle by itself in the spring through fall I would gladly book again.

Negative: Uncleaned dishes in the cabinet, wholes on balcony covered with a rug so someone could get hurt, hard beds, shower head leaking, shower floor dirty. Trash in the outside cans left from previous tenants, not hauled off, but wanted me to secure my trash. The driveway was a little tight and steep. Wish they would have said so in their description of cabin before I booked my stay.
Summary: Not worth the price.

Positive: Proximity to nearby attractions and downtown shopping, Western Carolina University, etc., but loved the quiet and remoteness when at the house. Very peaceful.
Negative: It was clear that an animal (not sure if dog or cat) lived here or had recently been here. The main comforter in the upstairs room was covered in animal hair, and there were several larger dust bunnies on the floor. Could have been eliminated with a simple shake and a vacuum. I was glad I didn't have severe allergies. The downstairs bathroom still had hair from the previous guests and not enough toilet paper left to use. These are really simple/easy fixes to make this place a great stay (without worry).
Summary: Beautiful, remote home close to attractions when you want to get out and explore.
