Summary:
This property features a Stand-alone Carriage House, private 2 story unit featuring an open floor plan with an eat in kitchen, living room, full bath, private deck & a brand new addition of a 2nd bedroom on the main/first floor. The upper level features a full size bath, 2 Queen Beds w/ half wall for partial separation. A semi-handicapped walk-in shower w/ bench is on main floor. This unit sleeps 6 & can accommodate 8 people w/a comfortable queen size pull out sofa bed.
The entire property compound has 3 other units - a 1 bed/1 bath Upper unit with a 2 bed/2 bath lower unit in a separate building next door & a stand-alone 5 bed/4 bath house which was fully renovated in 2022. All 3 buildings combined (4 different units), will be able to accommodate 30 people (maximum-24 in beds and 6 on sleeper sofas). Fully furnished with linens, living room and kitchen amenities, the Carriage House is located on Genesee Street a short walk, bike or drive to the center of the village just minutes away.

Summary: This VRBO is on a property with two other houses…owned by same family…All vacation rentals👍just minutes from downtown Skaneatles . It’s a wonderful location —gorgeous/beautifully decorated—-comfortable beds and quality bedding— homes are remodeled , very clean, and well stocked… The owner Debbie is very attentive…and always available 😊We have stayed many times and at a few of their locations . I give them an 11!!!

Summary: The rental is just a 2 to 3 minute drive to the quaint, lovely town of Skaneateles on the most beautiful lake I've ever seen. Great shopping in the little stores in town. The carriage house we stayed in was immaculate, updated, nicely decorated and well appointed. We felt right at home the moment we walked through the door. Communication with rental agent was perfect. Summary: We were very comfortable here for a few-day stay. The host was communicative before and during the trip. It was a bit more a walk into the town than I expected, so we drove most of the time, but there was always easy parking in Skaneateles.
