The surrounding fields live in harmony with the villa’s stone architecture and compose a beautiful landscape that promises to give the guest moments of quality and relaxation.
Over 7000 square meters of private gated Gardens are surrounding The Villa making it very private. They include 3000 square meters of olive trees, 2000 square meters of Palm, Avocado, Banana, Orange, Clementines, lemon, Berries, pineapple, and Figs trees, and 2000 square meters of beautiful local flower gardens like rose bushes, night flowers and jasmine trees to mention a few. The location offers unparalleled privacy for swimming in the 2 private pools that are located next to the villa or sun bathing on the private patio or extensive wraparound balcony with views of the white mountains and the beautiful Aegean sea.
SECURITY NOTICE: Two security camera have been installed outside the unit, on the second-floor balcony. They are intended to monitor (unlikely) intrusions at the back gate, front gates. Summary: My friends and I had the most amazing few days at Villa Andreas! The property was absolutely wonderful and beyond our expectations. Communication with the host was superb - they were quick to respond with any questions we had and made suggestions for food, activities and more. We would definitely recommend this beautiful villa!

Summary: Can’t say enough about Manos. He was so helpful, extremely nice and made our stay a 10 out of ten. We felt so welcome at this beautiful property, Manos gave us tips to restos and sights to see , including many wonderful little towns and villages. We certainly would return and recommend to everyone we know 💜

Summary: Great house located near everything you need. Short walk to the beach and shopping. We traveled with two young children, 0 and 4, and Manos had provided two travelling beds and a high chair, as well as some beach toys to play with. The small pool was perfect for the children. Everything was clean and just really great. The check in was easy, and we even got to check in earlier so the children could rest after the journey (FYI just remember to pre-book a taxi/chauffeur from the airport if traveling with children)

Summary: A very nice Villa with lots of room for our family of 4 adults. 5 minute walk to nearest beach and less than 5 minutes to a few very nice restaurants. We really enjoyed spending the evening in Chania old town (10minute drive), some fantastic restaurants in beautiful locations. Mano and his partner were very good hosts and were on hand to deal with any issues we had.

Summary: The villa is conveniently located close to the great beach (5-7 mins walk) and restaurants. The place is squeaky clean, bedding was great. The villa is well equipped and we had everything we need. It felt amazing to stay in this place. Host is easy to communicate with. Hope to be back! Very highly recommend!

Summary: It felt amazing to stay in this apartment, the 2 pools were fab, one to lie and relax in, the other to swim. The huge garden separating the apartment from other nearby properties was lovely, and it was close to the beach and restaurants. We didn't have a car and had a great holiday without. The buses were easy to use. The apartment had everything we needed plus aircon. We hope to go again.
