Summary: Lovely condo. Everything we needed to enjoy a month in Burnaby. Unfortunately the mice liked it too. So we spent a month watching for critters in our living space. The steps taken were to put poison in the cupboards, but not to fill the holes giving the mice access. We didn’t feel that addressed the problem and we got no offer to reduce our rate or even refund the cleaning fee!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay. Perfect amount of space for our family. Location to plaza was awesome. Groceries, drug store, etc. everything you need within a 5 min walk. Unit had everything we needed. Off street parking great. Would rent again.

Summary: Staying at 528 Sperling was the perfect location to visit family close by. The suite was all that I needed, as I was only there for breakfast and for sleeping. Perhaps a mention that it was a multi-unit building is needed. It was very quiet, except for a bit of foot traffic noise from above, but this did in no way interfere. I might suggest some dryer fabric softeners, but perhaps I just did not find them. All in all, a good stay.

Summary: We enjoyed this property in Burnaby. It was very hot during our stay but the rental was very comfortable. Condo was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. Close to grocery store, restaurants and easy transit!

Summary: Very comfortable and spacious. My partner and I stayed for three months while she worked at Simon Fraser University. The location was close to public transit, which was helpful because we didn't have a car. It was also a five minute walk to the nearby Safeway grocery store, which was very convenient. It's a great place to stay for short or long term durations.
