Summary: The Cottage was lovely but you do need a car as there is no pavement to walk on till you reach the main road which is not far away to be fair . But it does make the location peaceful and balloch and all the amenities are only a few minutes drive away

Summary: Lovely cottage, the owners stay next to the cottage, so isn’t private, you must have transportation you need to go into balloch only mile away for the local shop, co op. Overall well priced and the owners supply the coal which was very kind. Would recommend if you require a nice quiet break,

Summary: Great location approximately 1.5 miles from Balloch, we went in via the country park, caught the train into Glasgow which ran every 30 minutes and cost us £6.10 adult return. Balloch was an excellent base for exploring, we went to Stirling and Oban both worth a visit. We also took a boat trip on the Loch. We spent a good few hours around the shoos of Balloch.

Summary: The cottage has a good amount of space and good gardens. Part of the garden could do with a thorough cutting back, as it's a little overgrown. The sofas are not very comfortable, but we put the extra pillows on to add to the comfort. Kitchen has a good level of equipment.
