Summary: This is a very nice cottageAnd very clean. Quite a few low beams, so not ideal for anyone tall. Not a lot to offer within walking distance and some of the local pubs are very pricey for what they offer. Saying that, the position is great for trips further across the island by road. So good for family trips. Some noise from the nearby caravan parks but nothing too unreasonable. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Summary: Nice cottage but could do with a good clean. Basically ok but when you look more window sills etc dusty. We didnt use the cooker as we ate out but it was dirty

Summary: Merryweather Cottage is a proper "chocolate box" cottage; cosy, thatched, low beams etc, but with all modern conveniences. It's located in a really nice area near to Brading marshes with it's abundance of wildlife and to the downs (the Lord Yarborough monument is visible from the cottage). A very relaxing place to come back to after a day of walking or cycling.
